I'm 41, from India, and I've lived in the 'states for about 17 years now. I've been playing the keyboards for awhile now,
having played with bands in India - both Indian pop music as well as "western" music (mostly rock) - during high school and college;
I've been part of a team that composed and released an Indian-Western fusion CD album under the HMV label, called "OMKAR - The Life Cycle of Man".
I love music, most all genres that come to mind, Jazz being probably what I listen to almost all the time. Sometimes I wonder what took me so
long to start playing with a band like Sans Moi - perhaps it's because I always thought I needed to be able to read music.
Not necessary. Music comes from within, and all it takes is a great team for you to express it best. Scott, Jeremy, Mike and Rich are
some of the nicest people I've met - they make me feel like I've known them forever! Amongst other things, I enjoy traveling, hiking, cricket,
electronics, Apple products, etc... I'm married to Priya and we've got a 5-year old boy who I'm looking forward to jam with soon!!
